Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Technical Skills with strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems related to small equipment such as (skid steer, trailers, excavator, small engines and vehicles).
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance, inspections and repair landscape equipment in the shop and field.
- Test, diagnose, and repair equipment including diesel powered vehicles and dump trucks.
- Perform minor preventive maintenance duties on vehicles, skid steers, trailers, hydraulics and small engines and welding if possible.
- Test, diagnose and repair small engine equipment, and clean or replace defective parts.
- Identifies needed parts, supplies and repair items and order parts and inventory.
- Must possess mechanical knowledge and show competence in the use of hand tools, meters, measuring devices and gauges.
- Ability to read service and repair manuals. .
- Operate landscape tools and machinery to install curbing, edging, and decorative features.
- Assist with hardscaping such as patio work, concrete edging, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, etc.
- Familiar with operating and maintaining skid steer, excavators and small equipment .
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on landscaping equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment at job sites.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, and work areas.
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and fellow crew members.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and the public.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical /technical skill for general maintenance and repair of equipment. (Required)
- Landscaping or general labor experience is preferred (but not required).
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- DOT Health Card (required)
- Holds a current Class A CDL or willing to obtain one.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Must be capable of performing physically demanding tasks, lifting up to 70 lbs regularly.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team.
- Must be detail-oriented and take pride in quality work.

Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday (10-12 hours shifts vary depending on season and project)
Work Location:
- Based in Audubon, MN
- Must be able to report to job sites daily and commute as required
