Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Greet and assist walk-in clients in our West Palm showroom.
• Guide customers through product options for impact windows, doors, and millwork.
• Provide clear, knowledgeable recommendations tailored to each customer's needs.
• Generate quotes, process orders, and manage follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with sales managers and team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Keep current on product specs, pricing, and industry trends.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation to close.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in doors, mouldings, impact windows, or related building materials.
• In-depth understanding of the needs of contractors, builders, and homeowners.
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and customer-service focused.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and general office software.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced showroom environment.
• Experience in home improvement, construction, or remodeling preferred.
