Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Greet showroom visitors and provide expert consultations on impact window and door products.
• Understand and assess client needs, guiding them through options that match their goals, budget, and style.
• Deliver detailed presentations that communicate product features, energy efficiency, and safety benefits.
• Prepare and present quotes, manage order forms, and close sales efficiently.
• Build trust with prospective buyers through excellent communication and professionalism.
• Follow up with leads from the website, phone inquiries, and previous showroom visits.
• Maintain showroom presentation standards, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and organized environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless post-sale customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in showroom sales, home remodeling, or interior design industries is preferred.
• Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in presenting and closing high-ticket items.
• Ability to learn technical product knowledge and apply it effectively during consultations.
• Comfortable using basic technology.
• Strong sense of initiative, reliability, and goal orientation.
• Valid Florida driver's license preferred for occasional home visits or events.

Schedule

• Full-Time: 9-5
• Monday through Saturday, with coverage for peak showroom traffic
