Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Comp:
- Post-Training: 10% commission on amount collected + SPIFFs
- Top Earners: $200K+ OTE. No cap.

Follow up like your paycheck depends on it. (Because it does.)
Get coached. Get better. Win bigger.

We're Looking For Closers Who:

Have a proven sales record (top closer at your last role).
Thrive on commission checks, not cozy salaries.
Know how to build urgency and overcome objections without sounding like a rookie.
Are self-led, driven, and don't need to be micromanaged (we don't like hand holding).
Bonus points if you've sold to or worked in construction. You'll feel right at home.
