We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing HVAC systems for residential and light commercial projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation of HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Work on residential and light commercial projects as needed
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and safety regulations
• Conduct system inspections and provide recommendations for repairs or upgrades
• Accurately complete work orders, reports, and documentation
• Collaborate with team members and train apprentices when required
• Maintain company-provided tools, vehicles, and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor

Qualifications:

• Universal Refrigeration License (required)
• Must have or be willing to pass OSHA certification
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostics
• Experience with industrial, commercial, and government projects is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks
