In this role, you will handle daily concrete operations across residential, commercial, industrial, and government projects. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Prepare, form, and finish concrete surfaces with precision.
• Perform trowel, broom, and hand finishes to high standards.
• Work independently, managing daily concrete operations on-site.
• Determine appropriate tools and equipment needed for each project.
• Proficiency with stamp and colored concrete finishes.
• Ability to shoot grade and elevations.
• Form and finish concrete to grade specifications.
• Inspect forms and ensure correct pitch and elevation.
• Rake concrete, hand or power trowel, hand or power screed, and float surfaces.
• Ability to single man and two man screed.
• Ability to cut joints with straight edge and pole joiner.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the concrete construction industry.
• Expertise in concrete prep, forming, and finishing.
• Ability to work independently and proactively on job sites.
• Stamping experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of concrete hand tools and power equipment.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time
