Full Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented plumbing estimator with experience in commercial and public works bids. Candidates must be organized, adaptable, and capable of accurately reading plans. Experience with FastPIPE is required, and knowledge of additional tools like Procore or Bluebeam is a bonus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Review project blueprints, specifications, and pre-built quote packages to develop accurate plumbing cost estimates using FastPIPE.
• Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs for commercial/public works plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to confirm scope and requirements.
• Source and evaluate vendor/subcontractor pricing for plumbing materials and services.
• Prepare and submit timely bids and proposals based on standardized estimating procedures.
• Maintain organized records of all estimates, submitted bids, and finalized costs.
• Support cost-saving initiatives by identifying efficiencies or alternatives in materials/labor.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of plumbing estimating experience
• Proficiency in FastPIPE
• Ability to read and analyze construction drawings
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Procore, Revit, Bluebeam (a plus)
• Motivated to support company growth
