Full Job Description
We seek a highly organized Project Manager with experience in public works and commercial plumbing. This candidate should be comfortable reading and interpreting construction plans, open to change, and eager to grow with our company. Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, Revit, or AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage multiple commercial/public work plumbing projects simultaneously.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, submittals, and procurement of materials.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field staff.
• Lead pre-construction planning and collaborate on estimating and bidding efforts.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Resolve on-site issues and respond to unforeseen challenges with minimal disruption.
• Maintain accurate documentation including RFIs, change orders, and daily field reports.
• Ensure all installations meet or exceed local codes and project specifications.
• Collaborate with the accounting team on invoicing, billing, and change order management.
• Conduct project closeouts and post-project evaluations.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of plumbing project management experience
• Experience in public works or commercial plumbing
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam
• Familiarity with Procore, Revit, or AutoCAD is a plus
• Team player eager to contribute to company growth
