Key Responsibilities

• Putting together roofs and exterior panels on prefabricated buildings
• Following sketches and layouts to ensure precision with every build 
• Using a range of construction tools-manual and powered-to shape and fasten components
• Navigating ladders and rooftops while keeping safety top of mind
• Keeping your gear and the job site clean, organized, and professional
• Hitting the road weekly to support builds across five states
• Owning your projects with minimal supervision and maximum pride

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a faith-based, team-oriented environment
• Ability to haul up to 80 lbs. repeatedly and work on your feet all day
• No fear of heights or hard work in outdoor elements
• Willingness to travel out of town on a regular basis
• Driver's license and clean driving record
• Prior construction or metal roofing experience (big plus, not a dealbreaker)
• Precision with measuring, cutting, and layout (helpful but can be taught)
• Your own toolkit

• Level (line or small bubble) 
• Chalk Line & Marking Tools

Schedule

• Full-Time 
• Travel-based schedule with variable time away from home 
• Monday to Friday, occasional flexibility required depending on job site

• On-site at customer properties throughout Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia
