You'll assist skilled tradespeople, maintain job site cleanliness and safety, and learn valuable skills - all while helping build top-quality projects in residential, commercial, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setup and cleanup of construction sites, including moving and organizing materials.
• Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with basic tasks.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and site preparation.
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment.
• Help assemble and disassemble scaffolding and other temporary structures.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Carry out tasks and responsibilities as directed by supervisors and project managers.

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or related labor experience is preferred but not required - we are willing to train!
• Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, reliability, and quality.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime when needed.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time, Monday - Friday
