Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Install pool finishes such as White Plaster, Quartz, and Pebble finishes.
• Apply plaster materials with precision and craftsmanship.
• Prepare surfaces for application, ensuring high-quality finish results.
• Work in an outdoor environment under varying weather conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Participate in company-provided training and safety programs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in pool plastering, outdoor labor, or construction is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team setting.
• Valid driver's license preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work Monday through Saturday and maintain consistent attendance.
• Positive attitude and readiness to build a long-term career.

• Compensation Structure:
  • White Plaster Pools: $180 - $220 per pool
  • Quartz & Pebble Finishes: $270 - $330 per pool
  • Annual Estimated Income: $60,000 - $80,000 based on performance and season

Work Schedule:

• April to July: Average of 2 pools per day
• August to November: At least 1 pool per day
• Monday through Saturday
• 40+ Hours per Week
• Winter work available or unemployment benefits during off-season

• Ambler, PA 19002
• In-person work required.
