GSI Pool Finishes is seeking a Fleet Mechanic / Shop Foreman to join our Ambler, PA team! Whether you are a skilled shop mechanic or a seasoned professional ready to step into a leadership role, we have exciting opportunities waiting for you. You'll manage and maintain a diverse fleet of over 80 vehicles critical to our operations, from small equipment and pickups to tri-axle trucks and concrete mixers. Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Oversee maintenance and repair schedules for a fleet of 80+ vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain service records, inspections, and ensure safety compliance.
• Order and manage vehicle parts inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for parts procurement and outsourced repairs.
• Assist with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.
• Implement fleet management software solutions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop environment.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the fleet maintenance team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of mechanical experience (gas and diesel equipment/trucks).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems.
• Familiarity with fleet management software (or willingness to learn).
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently.

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts)
• Optional Overtime Available
