Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through lead generation, client relations, and business development with designers and industry professionals. This role includes outside sales, inside sales, and strategic partnerships to expand Sunstate Remodeling's presence in the luxury remodeling market. The primary focus is identifying, qualifying, and converting high-value leads while maintaining strong relationships with clients, designers, and referral partners.

This position requires a self-motivated, results-driven professional who thrives in a high-end residential sales environment. You must be able to independently manage a sales pipeline, collaborate with project estimators, and build lasting relationships with homeowners and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Client Relations
    • Proactively source and develop leads through referrals, digital inquiries, networking events, and direct outreach.
    • Manage and track leads through the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
    • Conduct initial consultations with potential clients, assessing their needs, budgets, and project timelines.
    • Guide clients through the remodeling process, setting clear expectations and building trust.
    • Maintain a follow-up cadence to nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Outside Sales & Business Development
    • Establish and strengthen partnerships with designers, realtors, architects, and luxury home service providers.
    • Attend industry networking events, home shows, and high-end real estate gatherings to promote Sunstate Remodeling.
    • Develop and execute strategies to secure referrals from strategic partners.
    • Represent Sunstate at in-person client meetings and consultation walkthroughs.
  • Inside Sales & Sales Process Management
    • Qualify inbound leads from the website, social media, and phone inquiries to ensure alignment with Sunstate's target clientele.
    • Educate potential clients on Sunstate Remodeling's process, timeline, and value proposition.
    • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, ensuring consistency in brand communication.
    • Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to project execution.
  • Sales Strategy & Performance Goals
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with Sunstate's yearly revenue goals
    • Track and analyze sales metrics to optimize lead conversion rates and client acquisition strategies.
    • Stay informed on luxury home trends and competitive market insights to position Sunstate Remodeling as the preferred remodeling partner.
  • Proposal Development & Estimation Collaboration
    • Work closely with the estimation department to develop accurate and competitive project proposals.
    • Ensure all client requirements, project scopes, and budget considerations are clearly communicated to the estimation team.
    • Review and refine proposals before submission to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with project expectations.
    • Submit proposals to clients in a timely manner and follow up to address questions or concerns.
    • Assist in negotiating project terms and pricing based on estimates and client discussions.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury home remodeling, real estate, or high-end design.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and industry professionals.
  • Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and meet revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking software.
  • Experience working with estimation teams and reviewing project proposals.

Requirements/Experience:
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License with acceptable driving record. No moving violations within the past 3 years preferred
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
  • Must be able to lift, push & pull up to 50 pounds
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience and knowledge of residential remodeling
  • Experience in residential construction estimating software's
  • Located in the East Valley, ideally 5-10 miles from Chandler

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $55,000-$60,000 base salary (DOE) plus commission.
  • 80 hours of PTO/PSTO.

Work Schedule:
  • 4-day work week, 10-hour shifts (flexible schedule, dependent on customer needs).
  • Normal work hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • 40-hour per week schedule.
