Elison Roofing and Exterior Design is urgently hiring a highly experienced Siding Project Manager to lead residential and commercial siding projects across our growing service areas. This commission-based, independent contractor role is perfect for a skilled leader who thrives on managing quality installations, coordinating with crews, and ensuring client satisfaction every step of the way. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end siding and roofing projects from inspection and scope development to completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and crews, ensuring timely and quality execution
• Conduct site visits to verify measurements, assess needs, and ensure compliance with building codes
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Resolve project issues and adjust timelines or scope as needed to keep jobs on track
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts for client approval
• Ensure all installations meet Elison's quality standards and client expectations
• Track project progress, materials, and budgets using CRM and reporting tools
• Represent Elison professionally in the field and within the community

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience managing siding projects and roofing in residential and/or commercial environments
• Deep knowledge of siding systems, materials, installation methods, and local codes
• Proven ability to coordinate crews and oversee quality control on active job sites. Bi-lingual is plus!
• Comfortable working as a commission-only 1099 contractor
• Highly organized and self-directed with excellent problem-solving skills
• Marketing and Social Media skills are a plus
• Professional communication skills and client-facing experience
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation (can transport ladders)
