    Key Responsibilities
    • Estimate and sell jobs by writing accurate estimates, securing approvals, and driving project profitability.
    • Oversee project timelines, quality control, and ensure smooth job completion.
    • Conduct site inspections, review scopes with clients and adjusters, and handle communication.
    • Hire, train, and mentor employees, ensuring a high-performance culture.
    • Identify, hire, and coordinate subcontractors for various restoration projects.
    • Implement policies, procedures, and strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
    • Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards.
    • Monitor project profitability, assist in debt collection, and maintain accurate job costing.
    • Build and maintain relationships to generate new business opportunities.

    Qualifications & Skills
    • 4+ years of experience in construction/restoration estimating and supervisory roles.
    • Strong knowledge of building codes, material pricing, and estimating software such as Xactimate. Familiarity with job management software and experience working with third part administrators  
    • Proven ability to lead teams, train staff, and implement effective processes.
    • Experience working with insurance adjusters, property managers, and clients.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle crisis situations professionally.
    • Valid state driver's license required.
