    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Irrigation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting irrigation systems, as well as a solid understanding of landscape construction. In this role, you'll need to be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of delivering high-quality work, whether you're collaborating with our dedicated team or working independently in the field.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Irrigation System Expertise:
      • Install, maintain, and repair various irrigation systems, including drip, sprinkler, and advanced water management systems.
      • Conduct system inspections, diagnose issues, and perform necessary adjustments or repairs.
      • Ensure efficient water use through proper system design and programming.
    • Team Collaboration:
      • Work closely with the landscape construction team to seamlessly integrate irrigation systems into ongoing projects.
      • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
      • Assist in training team members on basic irrigation techniques and system maintenance.
    • Independent Work:
      • Confidently manage irrigation projects independently, from planning and installation to troubleshooting and system optimization.
      • Maintain high productivity and quality standards when working in the field without supervision.
      • Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients on-site.
    • Technical Integration:
      • Collaborate with designers and project managers to align irrigation plans with overall landscape designs.
      • Utilize and maintain tools, machinery, and technology related to irrigation systems.

    Qualifications
    • Proven experience (3+ years) in irrigation system installation, maintenance, and repair.
    • Strong knowledge of water management practices, controllers, sensors, and backflow prevention.
    • Ability to read and interpret landscape and irrigation plans.
    • Familiarity with grading, planting, and hardscape integration.
    • Proficiency in operating machinery and tools such as trenchers, pipe cutters, and valve testers.
