    Job Title: Marina Operations and Property Maintenance

    Pay Range: $22.00-$28.00+ per hour, depending on experience

    We are currently expanding our team and seeking a Marina Operations and Property Maintenance to support the upkeep of our residential and commercial properties, including our marina in Atlantic Highlands. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes initiative, and is comfortable working both on land and around marine equipment. 

     
     

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee maintenance and operational tasks at the marina, including boat launching via boat lift, trailer driving, and routine upkeep of docks and facilities. 
    • Perform general property maintenance across multiple sites, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
    • Carry out interior and exterior work, such as drywall, caulking, painting, and light landscaping.
    • Install and maintain appliances (air conditioning units, dishwashers, and washers/dryers, etc.)
    • Conduct turnover maintenance for rental properties, ensuring spaces are clean, safe, and up to code.
    • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors for specialized work.
    • Organize projects from start to finish, including planning, sourcing materials, scheduling.
    • Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
    • Seasonal tasks such as snow removal, mowing, and shrub trimming

    Qualifications:
    • Strong experience in property and/or marina maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical work. 
    • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting 50+ lbs, working at heights, etc.
    • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and reliable. 
    • Professional and courteous communication skills
    • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are preferred (company vehicles available as needed).
    • Availability to work weekends and handle emergency service calls as needed.

    Work Schedule & Location:
    • Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts with potential for overtime. 
    • Location: On-the-road role servicing properties across Central NJ, including residential and commercial locations and the marina in Atlantic Highlands.
