Job Overview
Expert Plumbing Heating Inc is seeking highly skilled Service Technicians to handle residential and commercial plumbing service calls across the NYC area. You'll play a critical role in supporting our relationships with property management companies, handling everything from water heater replacements to new piping installations. When service calls slow down, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to new construction projects-keeping your workday dynamic and engaging. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Perform plumbing service calls for both residential and commercial clients
• Replace water heaters, rough-in plumbing, and install new piping
• Solder copper and perform gas piping installations
• Work collaboratively with team members and adapt to different job site conditions
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and clients
• Ensure all work is performed to code and safety standards
• Jump into new construction projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing and service experience (required)
• Must bring personal hand tools
• OSHA & SST certified (required)
• Valid Driver's License (required)
• Gas certification (preferred)
• Strong team player with a self-driven attitude
• Ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
