Key Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters, superintendents, and foremen with day-to-day jobsite tasks
• Carry and stage materials, clean job sites, and operate hand and power tools
• Assist in framing, drywall, insulation, flooring, and other trade-specific work as directed
• Read basic construction drawings and follow verbal instructions
• Set up and tear down job site equipment and scaffolding
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
• Learn and adhere to OSHA and company-specific safety protocols
• Be willing to train and take on more responsibilities as you grow

Qualifications

• Some experience in construction or general labor preferred
• Willingness to learn carpentry skills and grow within the trade
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and perform physical tasks
• Good attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic are a must
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required
• Must provide their own basic tools.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
