This role focuses on cultivating new relationships, maintaining key accounts, and driving revenue through tailored flooring solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with general contractors, developers, and end users
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial construction markets
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Collaborate with estimators and project managers to ensure accurate and competitive bids
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-ups
• Attend networking events, job walks, and pre-bid meetings to generate leads
• Maintain knowledge of flooring trends, materials, and technical requirements
• Track sales metrics, maintain CRM data, and report regularly to leadership
• Work closely with vendors to source and price materials competitively

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven sales success in the commercial construction or flooring industry
• Knowledge of commercial flooring materials (carpet, VCT, LVT, rubber, epoxy, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a drive to exceed quotas
• Comfortable reading blueprints and collaborating with estimators
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Preferred:

• Prior experience selling to general contractors or property managers
• Understanding of project bid cycles and construction schedules

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday to Friday, with flexibility for travel and client meetings
