Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager with 1 to 2 years of experience in the landscape industry. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about landscape construction and maintenance and is ready to take the next step in their project management career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of landscape maintenance, installation, and construction projects.
• Oversee and support field crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Monitor daily job site activities and address issues promptly to maintain productivity.
• Communicate effectively with clients, crew leads, and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Help manage materials, scheduling, and labor to maximize efficiency.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and provide guidance to crews.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in the landscape industry (required).
• Experience in maintenance, installation, and/or landscape construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and job sites.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Schedule:

• Full-Time | Year-Round Work
• Monday to Friday
• 8-10 Hour Shifts (Day Shift)
• Overtime & Some Weekends as Needed
• No Nights

Work Location:
