    Pay Range: Base salary of $35,000 for the first 3-6 months, with commission earnings potential up to $120,000, or the option to choose a full commission-based structure

    Job Overview:
    J&D Landscapes LLC is urgently hiring a results-driven Sales Representative/Estimator to join our growing residential landscape team. This hybrid role blends sales expertise with estimation precision to develop client relationships, produce accurate project proposals, and drive new business.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Client Engagement & Sales:
      • Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and company-driven marketing
      • Conduct on-site client consultations to assess project needs and provide creative landscaping solutions
      • Build long-lasting client relationships rooted in transparency and trust
    • Estimating & Proposal Development:
      • Prepare accurate and timely project estimates for landscape maintenance and construction jobs
      • Review site conditions, labor needs, material costs, and subcontractor quotes to build comprehensive bids
      • Deliver clear and compelling proposals and follow up to close deals
    • Pipeline & Process Management:
      • Maintain CRM records, track prospects, and manage follow-up communication
      • Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth job handoffs and successful execution
      • Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to team-wide performance benchmarks
    • Market Knowledge:
      • Stay up to date with trends in residential landscape design, materials, and pricing
      • Offer value-engineered alternatives that align with client goals and budgets
      • Understand and communicate JD Landscapes' unique services and differentiators

    Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience in landscape, construction, or home services sales
    • Knowledge of residential landscape construction and maintenance strongly preferred
    • Strong understanding of project estimating, pricing structures, and proposal generation
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and mobile estimating tools
    • Highly organized with exceptional time management and multitasking skills
    • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Comfortable with on-site measurements, walking job sites, and client interactions outdoors
    • Willingness to learn JD Landscapes' systems, standards, and pricing methods

    • Full-Time | Monday to Friday
