You'll be responsible for a mix of accounting tasks, data entry, appointment scheduling, and answering incoming calls - making you a central part of our operations and customer experience.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage daily data entry and bookkeeping tasks using company software.
    • Answer inbound calls and route messages professionally and promptly.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and project leads.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable/receivable.
    • Assist with payroll processing and invoice tracking.
    • Prepare bank deposits and reconcile transactions.
    • Collaborate with office and field staff to support smooth project execution.
    • Handle basic administrative duties and assist with customer service as needed.
    • Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial records.

    Qualifications:
    • Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience is preferred.
    • Comfortable with QuickBooks, Excel, and general office software.
    • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a busy office.
    • Friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor on the phone and in person.
    • Self-starter with a team-player attitude.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional bookkeeping certification a plus.
