    Ganser Company Inc. is looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our growing exterior remodeling team in Dane County, WI. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners to offer premium solutions for roofing, siding, and window replacement projects. With pre-qualified leads, paid training, and a top-tier commission structure, you'll be empowered to grow your income and your career.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Run pre-qualified appointments with homeowners (no cold calling).
    • Accurately measure, estimate, and quote exterior renovation projects.
    • Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight our superior products and services.
    • Close deals and draft detailed, professional contracts.
    • Provide ongoing customer relationship management during and after installation.
    • Stay current with product knowledge in roofing, siding, and windows.
    • Generate additional leads via referrals and satisfied customers.

    Qualifications:
    • Sales experience preferred (construction, remodeling, or in-home sales ideal).
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a solutions-based sales approach.
    • Knowledge of roofing, siding, and window systems (training provided).
    • Ability to measure, estimate, and produce accurate proposals.
    • Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Schedule:
