In this full-time position, you'll deliver high-quality exterior craftsmanship with precision and care-installing vinyl, LP SmartSide, wood siding, and seamless gutters.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Pre-Project Review: Read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and project documentation.
    • Siding Installation:
      • Accurately cut and install vinyl, LP SmartSide, and wood siding.
      • Flash, seal, and waterproof all siding according to manufacturer specs.
    • Gutter Installation:
      • Operate a seamless gutter machine to fabricate and install custom gutters.
      • Install gutters and downspouts ensuring proper drainage and leak prevention.
    • Finishing Touches: Install soffit, fascia, and exterior trim with precision.
    • Efficiency & Quality: Complete jobs within the expected timeline and labor hours without sacrificing craftsmanship.
    • Customer Communication: Clearly explain work to homeowners and resolve concerns on-site.
    • Problem Solving: Adapt to real-world challenges like framing issues or uneven surfaces.
    • Site Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe job site before, during, and after installation.

    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience installing vinyl, LP SmartSide, and wood siding (required).
    • Familiarity with seamless gutter installation and gutter machine operation (preferred, training available).
    • Strong skills in measuring, cutting, and material handling.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and field troubleshooting skills.
    • Strong communication and a customer-focused attitude.
    • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying outdoor conditions.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

    Schedule:
    Full-time, Monday to Friday - Start and end times vary by project needs.

    Based in Greater Dane County, WI, servicing residential job sites throughout the region.
