    Key Responsibilities:
    • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems on commercial and government job sites.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
    • Ensure work is performed to code and meets safety regulations.
    • Coordinate with foremen, project managers, and other trades on-site.
    • Maintain clean and organized workspaces and follow company safety procedures.
    • Assist with mentoring apprentices and supporting team development.
    • Accurately document work completed and materials used.

    Qualifications:
    • Valid State of Michigan Journeymen Electrician License (Required).
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in the commercial electrical field.
    • Strong understanding of NEC codes and OSHA standards.
    • Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive.
    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

    Work Schedule:
