Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout
• Coordinate and supervise field operations, subcontractors, and vendors
• Establish and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure compliance and alignment
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors as the primary point of contact
• Solve project challenges proactively with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
• Enforce safety standards and company policies on-site
• Manage documentation including RFI's, submittals, daily logs, and change orders
• Foster a productive and collaborative jobsite environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction documents
• Working knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction safety standards
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Technologically savvy (project management software, smartphone/tablet apps)
• Current Massachusetts CSL (Construction Supervisor License) required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
