Boston Best Construction LLC is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with a strong foundation in both residential and commercial construction. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage new client relationships in both residential and commercial sectors
• Generate, track, and follow up on leads and project bids
• Conduct site visits and customer consultations to assess needs
• Collaborate with project managers to create compelling proposals
• Negotiate and close contracts with clients
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Attend networking events and leverage industry contacts to generate opportunities
• Utilize CRM tools and software to manage sales pipeline and reporting
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-starter with a purpose-driven mindset and high level of integrity
• Ability to read construction plans and understand scopes of work is a plus
• Technologically proficient (CRM, email, tablets/smartphones)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
