    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide on-site service and maintenance for customer accounts.
    • Install food preservation and industrial humidification systems.
    • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair system breakdowns.
    • Maintain accurate service documentation and inventory counts.
    • Ensure outstanding customer service and relationship management.
    • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs independently.
    • Travel to job sites locally and occasionally out-of-state (company vehicle or air travel).
    • Attend occasional in-office visits and company training sessions.

    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 1-3 years' experience in a mechanical servicing environment.
    • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
    • Proven customer service and relationship management skills.
    • Able to lift up to 70 lbs and work independently.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Must bring their own basic industry specific tools.
    • Positive, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset.
    • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and credit check.

    Schedule:
    • Full-time
    • Flexible hours, Monday-Friday, rotating weekend on-call.
    • Occasional overnight and out-of-state travel

    Work Location:
    • Start from home, occasional visits to home office. Travel throughout the service region and occasional flights out-of-state.
