    Pay Range: Base salary of $50,000 + commission, with the potential to earn up to $90,000-$100,000 based on performance.

    TZ Electric Inc is on the hunt for a highly knowledgeable and driven Salesman and Estimator with expertise in HVAC systems and electrical services. In this dual-impact role, you'll work directly with homeowners to assess needs, provide accurate estimates, and guide them through the equipment selection and installation process. We're looking for someone with the technical background to understand both the HVAC and electrical sides of the business-someone who brings confidence, clarity, and a solutions-first attitude to every customer interaction.     Key Responsibilities:
    • Sell HVAC systems and electrical services to residential clients with a focus on quality, performance, and value.
    • Conduct in-home consultations, assess customer needs, and propose customized solutions.
    • Create detailed, accurate estimates for HVAC installations, upgrades, and electrical work.
    • Present proposals in a clear and confident manner to gain client trust and close sales.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, and manufacturer specifications.
    • Follow up with prospects, track sales activity, and manage pipeline effectively.
    • Collaborate with install teams to ensure sold projects are delivered as promised.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on both HVAC and basic residential electrical systems.
    • Build lasting customer relationships and contribute to a strong referral base.

    Qualifications:
    • Proven sales experience in residential HVAC systems (required).
    • Electrical knowledge and ability to quote electrical services (preferred).
    • Ability to read blueprints and interpret job specifications.
    • Tech-savvy - comfortable using tablets, CRM software, and digital tools.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and professional in appearance and attitude.

    Schedule:
    • Full-Time - Monday through Friday
