American Turf Care LLC is urgently hiring motivated Laborers / Applicators to join our growing turf care team. This is a hands-on role involving the application of both granular and liquid lawn products using various equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Apply lawn care products (liquid and granular) to residential and commercial properties
• Operate push spreaders, ride-on spreaders, backpack sprayers, and tank sprayers
• Drive pickup trucks towing small trailers to and from job sites
• Maintain clean and accurate records, logs, and paperwork related to daily operations
• Follow all company and industry safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with team members and clients when necessary

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
• Experience with turf application equipment (preferred but not required)
• NY 3A Pesticide License (preferred but not required)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks for 10-hour shifts
• High attention to detail and accountability in documentation and procedures
• Military experience, career gaps, and applicants without a diploma are welcomed

Work Schedule
