Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site remodeling projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Interpret architectural plans and project drawings to execute layout and framing
• Perform advanced carpentry tasks including cabinetry, trim, flooring, doors, and window installation
• Mentor and guide junior carpenters and laborers, promoting a culture of quality and safety
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure timelines and budgets are met
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure projects meet company standards
• Communicate daily progress, materials needs, and challenges to office/project manager
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site construction issues independently

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of carpentry experience in residential remodeling; lead experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and design plans
• Mastery of framing, finish carpentry, and general construction techniques
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise a small crew
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete jobs on time and on budget
• Must have own hand tools and reliable transportation
• No licenses required

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday to Friday, 8-10 hour shifts
• Occasional Saturday work depending on project needs

Work Location:

• Based in the greater Bradenton, FL region, primarily at residential job sites
