Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for drywall installation, patching, and finishing
• Perform expert-level taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing
• Prime and paint interior and exterior residential spaces with precision
• Match paints and apply various finishes based on design specifications
• Conduct final quality checks for a flawless finish
• Protect surrounding areas and clean up job sites meticulously
• Collaborate with team leads and project managers to meet deadlines
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Communicate any project concerns or delays to supervisors proactively

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of drywall finishing and painting experience in residential construction
• Skilled in all phases of drywall-from hanging to smooth or textured finish
• Advanced painting techniques (brush, roll, spray) with clean execution
• Eye for detail and commitment to producing high-end finishes
• Ability to read blueprints and design plans is a plus
• Self-starter with reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a crew
• No licenses required

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays based on workload)
• 8-10 hour shifts, with overtime as needed

Work Location:

• Based in the greater Bradenton, FL region, primarily residential job sites
