    Account Executive - Join a High-Growth Construction Hiring Team!

    📍 Location: 100% Remote - Forever
    🕗 Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full time
    💰 Compensation:

    • 1st Month (Training/Probationary Period): $1,000 per week
    • After Training: Commission only - Earn 10% on deal size with an OTE of $120,000 - $160,000+ per year

    What You'll Be Doing:

    ✅ Sell a proven hiring solution that construction businesses are already looking for.
    ✅ Run high-energy sales calls with decision-makers, uncovering their hiring challenges and offering our tailored solution.
    ✅ Close deals and build lasting relationships with contractors who need our help.
    ✅ Manage and track your pipeline in HubSpot to stay organized and maximize your success.
    ✅ Stay on top of follow-ups to ensure deals move through the pipeline efficiently.
    ✅ Learn, adapt, and level up your skills with ongoing coaching and support.



    What We're Looking For:

    🔹 A top-performing salesperson with a track record of closing deals in a fast-paced remote environment.
    🔹 Construction industry experience? HUGE Bonus! If you've sold in or to construction companies before, you'll thrive here.
    🔹 HubSpot experience preferred (or a similar CRM like Salesforce).
    🔹 Strong communicator and relationship-builder-you can handle objections and create urgency.
    🔹 Driven by commission and results-you want to control your income and be rewarded for your efforts.
    🔹 Self-motivated and disciplined-you take ownership of your pipeline and don't need to be micromanaged. (We do NOT micromanage here, we look at your KPIs and results every month)
