    Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience plus Profit Sharing, Performance Bonuses and Sign-On Bonus!

    Job Overview

    Everline Coatings and Services, a growing EverLine Coatings franchise serving the Northern Virginia area, is seeking an experienced and strategic Construction Asphalt General Manager to lead our commercial pavement maintenance and coating operations. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity ideal for someone with a background in construction or pavement management who is ready to drive operational excellence, scale the business, and lead a dedicated team.     Key Responsibilities
    • Strategic Leadership & Growth
      • Drive long-term strategy, business development, and market expansion across commercial and municipal sectors.
      • Build strong relationships with municipalities, contractors, and private sector clients.
    • Operational Oversight
      • Manage day-to-day operations, ensure seamless project execution, and uphold quality and safety standards.
      • Lead field crews in line painting, sealcoating, crack filling, asphalt repair, and more.
    • Financial Management
      • Oversee budgets, cost controls, pricing strategies, and financial forecasting.
      • Monitor revenue streams, accounts, and profitability metrics.
    • Team Leadership
      • Recruit, train, and mentor staff; promote a culture of accountability, performance, and safety.
      • Ensure employee development and enforce EverLine's DRIVEN principles.
    • Client & Project Management
      • Serve as primary contact for key clients and ensure high service standards.
      • Manage customer concerns and expectations with professionalism.
    • Compliance & Innovation
      • Maintain safety and environmental compliance across all job sites.
      • Leverage technology for pavement analysis, CRM, scheduling, and reporting.

    Required Qualifications
    • Proven leadership experience in construction, pavement management, or commercial operations.
    • Knowledge of business operations including budgeting, scheduling, and equipment use.
    • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
    • Proficient in client communication and conflict resolution.
    • Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
    • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform in a physically demanding environment.
    • Engineering or vocational background in construction or paving (preferred).
    • Familiarity with safety protocols, compliance standards, and productivity tracking tools.

    Work Schedule
    • Full-Time | Monday-Friday
    • 40-50 Hours/Week
    • Occasional nights, weekends, and overtime based on project demands

    Work Location
    • Based in Northern Virginia (DMV Area)
    • Travel may be required for client visits and regional project management
