    Job Overview:

    TCC Enterprises Inc., a family-owned and operated General Contractor specializing in commercial construction, is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to join our growing team in Louisburg, North Carolina. As a Project Manager, you will oversee bidding, negotiating, and managing commercial projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience handling multiple projects ranging from $1 million to $20 million, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    This is an urgent hire, and we are looking for the right candidate with the expertise and leadership skills to make an immediate impact.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Bidding Projects:
      • Identify and obtain plans for projects that align with the company's expertise.
      • Review project plans and specifications to determine trade scopes and distribute plans to subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
      • Ensure regulatory requirements are met by soliciting bids from Minority Subcontractors and Suppliers.
      • Perform take-offs and assemble comprehensive project estimates.
      • Obtain and review proposals from subcontractors, material suppliers, and equipment vendors.
      • Ensure all bid day requirements are met and submit accurate project bids on time.
    • Managing Projects:
      • Conduct budget analysis for each project.
      • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules to ensure timely project completion.
      • Negotiate and draft subcontractor contracts with clear scopes of work.
      • Issue purchase orders for all necessary materials and equipment.
      • Create and track Request for Information (RFI) logs for project documentation.
      • Manage submittals and approvals from subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
      • Work closely with Project Superintendents to align project expectations and material deliveries.
      • Ensure contract compliance by collaborating with Architects and Owners.
      • Maintain daily project progress records and manage project documentation from start to finish.
      • Provide project status updates in weekly and monthly meetings with stakeholders.
      • Coordinate project close-out activities, including collecting warranties and training documentation.

    Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
    • Education:
      • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
      • Equivalent training and work experience will be considered.
    • Experience:
      • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management and estimating.
      • Experience with Procore is a plus.
    • Licenses & Certifications:
      • Valid NC Driver's License required.
      • Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Check.
