This is a critical leadership position that requires an expert in project coordination, team supervision, and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage on-site construction teams with a focus on commercial framing and drywall scopes.
  • Oversee and coordinate all phases of construction on site.
  • Attend and contribute to production meetings to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Review project schedules and budgets; drive team performance to meet deadlines and cost expectations.
  • Ensure quality craftsmanship and adherence to specifications on all phases of the build.
  • Provide daily field reports and weekly time logs for projects.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
  • Maintain documentation such as field reports, RFIs, and field orders.
  • Communicate with inspection authorities to facilitate required project approvals.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Commercial drywall/ metal stud framing experience required.
  • Proven success managing projects valued up to $5 million.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), scheduling software, CAD/CAE applications.
  • Able to interpret blueprints, specs, and construction documents accurately.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and operate light equipment as needed.
  • Must be willing to travel for projects as needed.

Schedule:
  • Full-time
  • Monday - Friday - (Saturdays as needed)
  • Must be available for occasional travel to project sites

Work Location:
Based in the greater Buford, GA, with travel as needed for project requirements.
