Key Responsibilities:

Install, service, and maintain ductless heating & air systems for residential clients
Wire and connect indoor and outdoor ductless units, thermostats, and controls
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve system issues
Read and interpret installation manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and local codes
Work safely and follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
Provide excellent customer service, educating clients on system operation and maintenance
Maintain a clean and organized job site

Qualifications:

Experience in ductless heating & air installation (field experience required)
Hands-on experience installing various brands (certifications are a plus!)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and control systems
Knowledge of residential HVAC and electrical codes
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must provide their own basic hand tools.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
OSHA certifications (preferred but not required)
