    Key Responsibilities:
    • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects-from initiation to closeout.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
    • Create and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
    • Coordinate procurement, bid evaluations, and vendor selections.
    • Oversee and track on-site construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and enforce compliance with building codes and OSHA standards.
    • Communicate project status updates, milestones, and budget reports with internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, permits, and RFIs.
    • Lead project meetings, address obstacles, and maintain open communication channels.
    • Foster a high-performing, collaborative work environment among project teams.

    Required Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (drywall/framing preferred).
    • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
    • Proficient in reading blueprints, specs, and construction documents.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
    • Working knowledge of OSHA, safety practices, and local construction codes.
    • Comfortable conducting field inspections and working directly with field teams and subcontractors.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • PMP certification or relevant construction management certifications.
    • Experience managing multi-million-dollar drywall/framing projects.
    • Familiarity with BIM software and lean construction methodologies.
    • Understanding of sustainable building practices and green certifications.
    • Strong cost control and budgeting skills.
    • Experience in contract negotiations and claims management.

    Schedule:
    • Full-time
    • Monday - Friday - (Saturdays as needed)
    • Must be available for occasional travel to project sites

    Work Location:
