    Job Overview

    Everline Coatings and Services, a high-growth EverLine Coatings franchise serving the Northern Virginia market, is looking for a driven and hands-on Construction Asphalt Foreman to take charge of our asphalt repair, patching, and maintenance services. This role is a perfect fit for someone with experience in commercial paving or surface repair work who thrives in the field, loves leading a crew, and wants to grow into a long-term leadership role within a respected brand.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Crew Leadership: Oversee a crew performing asphalt maintenance tasks including infrared patching, pothole repair, and crack sealing. Lead from the front while ensuring high-quality execution and timely completion.
    • Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day jobsite activity, coordinate materials and tools, ensure safety procedures are followed, and serve as the point of contact for project updates.
    • Training & Mentorship: Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they understand EverLine's operational standards and safety protocols.
    • Equipment & Materials Management: Conduct equipment inspections, oversee maintenance, and track inventory levels of materials such as asphalt, crack filler, and sealant.
    • Problem Solving: Address jobsite challenges as they arise, adjusting work plans and collaborating with team members to stay on schedule.
    • Quality Control: Ensure every project meets our internal standards, client expectations, and industry best practices.

    Required Qualifications
    • Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in asphalt services, paving, patching, or pavement maintenance
    • Demonstrated experience leading a small team or crew
    • Experience with bollard and parking lot installations
    • Familiarity with infrared repair, crack sealing equipment, and related tools
    • Ability to read project plans and understand surface prep best practices
    • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
    • Strong communication and leadership abilities
    • Ability to lift 75 lbs, work outdoors in varying conditions, and travel to job sites
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

    Schedule
    • Full-Time | Monday-Friday
    • 40-50 Hours Per Week
    • Overtime and occasional weekend work based on project needs

    Work Location
    • Based in Northern Virginia
    • Regional travel required for job sites
