    Full Job Description

    Complete Development Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Working Pipe Crew Foreman to lead utility installation teams across our residential and commercial development projects. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience managing underground utility crews in the installation of water, sewer, and storm systems. You'll lead by example-operating equipment, reading blueprints, managing materials, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    • Lead a crew in the installation of water, sewer, and storm drain systems.
    • Operate heavy machinery including trenchers and excavators as needed.
    • Read and interpret blueprints and site plans for proper layout and execution.
    • Maintain daily logs using mobile devices for tracking jobsite progress and materials.
    • Ensure accurate trench layout and pipe installation with attention to grade and alignment.
    • Communicate effectively with crew members, superintendents, and project managers.
    • Track time and jobsite activities to prepare detailed work records and reports.
    • Enforce safety regulations and oversee daily site safety inspections.
    • Motivate team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
    • Coordinate supply deliveries and material usage to maintain schedule efficiency.

    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Foreman in underground utilities (water, sewer, storm).
    • Proficient in blueprint reading, trench layout, and mobile reporting tools.
    • Hands-on experience in utility and pipe installation.
    • Strong leadership and crew management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and time management skills.
    • Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in underground utility work.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Reliable transportation to and from work/job sites.
    • Willing and able to pass background check and drug screening.
    • Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 6AM to 4PM with flexibility for overtime based on project needs.

    Work Schedule
    • Full-time
    • Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
    • 40+ hours per week with potential for overtime

    Work Location
    • Projects primarily located in Hillsborough, Pasco, and Polk Counties with occasional work in Pinellas and Orange Counties.
