This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who may not have extensive experience but possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. As a Construction Apprentice, you will gain hands-on training in residential construction, learning from experienced professionals while working on exciting projects.     Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
    • Assist skilled tradespeople in all aspects of residential construction.
    • Learn and apply construction techniques, safety procedures, and building codes.
    • Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
    • Support site preparation, material handling, and job site cleanup.
    • Follow instructions from supervisors and senior team members.
    • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
    • Travel to various job sites as needed.

    The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
    • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
    • Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
    • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
    • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy material.
    • A commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
