    Job Overview:
    Crew Built Inc is seeking dedicated, mechanically inclined Skilled Carpenters to join our growing team. As a valued member of our crew, you'll bring your carpentry experience to a wide variety of residential construction projects, from new home builds and additions to roofing, siding, window replacement, and more. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has solid foundational experience and is eager to learn 'how we do things over here,' working under experienced leadership in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform framing, trim carpentry, and finish work
    • Install cabinets, countertops, moldings, siding, and roofing
    • Execute drywall, painting, caulking, masonry, and concrete work
    • Lay flooring and complete tile work to precise standards
    • Perform exterior work, siding, roofing, windows, doors, etc.
    • Read blueprints and layout materials to code specifications
    • Measure, mark, and cut materials accurately
    • Maintain job site cleanliness and follow safety practices
    • Travel to various job sites with reliable transportation
    • Represent Crew Built Inc with professionalism and pride

    Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of carpentry experience (framing and/or finish preferred)
    • Ability to read and work from blueprints or supervisor instructions
    • Strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude
    • Ability to work in various weather conditions, lift 50+ lbs, and work at heights
    • Must be drug-free and able to pass pre-employment screening
    • Reliable transportation and a valid, unrestricted driver's license
    • Excellent attendance and punctuality is required
    • Must own basic carpentry tools
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
    • M&A Carpenter's License is a plus.

    • Full-Time
    • Monday to Friday
