    Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
    • Oversee all phases of residential remodeling from start to finish
    • Manage your own crew (3-5 members) to complete scopes of work efficiently
    • Perform or supervise tasks such as:
      • Demolition
      • Framing and insulation
      • Drywall installation and finishing
      • Painting and flooring
      • Basic electrical and plumbing
      • Deck, window, door, tile, and trim installations
      • Concrete and exterior repairs
    • Ensure quality craftsmanship across all trades
    • Communicate clearly and consistently with the LST Project Manager
    • Maintain jobsite cleanliness and adhere to timelines
    • Submit completion documentation as needed for project approval

    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience leading a well-rounded residential remodeling crew
    • Ability to self-perform and/or oversee all major aspects of home renovation
    • Own all necessary tools and equipment for remodeling
    • Must have your own reliable transportation
    • Must carry a $2 million general liability insurance policy
    • Licensed subcontractors highly encouraged to apply
    • Ability to read scopes of work and deliver to spec with minimal oversight
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Dependable, detail-oriented, and driven to meet deadlines
