This position is critical in ensuring each property is completed on time, within budget, and meets our high-quality standards. Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

Conduct thorough property inspections and validate repair estimates
Create scopes of work, budgets, and project schedules
Procure contractor bids and manage contract negotiations
Oversee contractor scheduling, job flow, and accountability
Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and communicate solutions
Coordinate all materials procurement and deliveries
Track costs, change orders, and budget updates
Manage permits and code compliance
Maintain detailed project records and reports
Stage homes for sale and coordinate marketing efforts
Run comps, set sale pricing, and manage property listings
Coordinate repair requests and closing processes

Qualifications:

2+ years of project management experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Highly organized and self-directed
Excellent communication, tech savvy, organization, and time management skills
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus!
Comprehensive understanding of residential construction and remodeling is highly preferred
Creative problem-solving skills
Network of subcontractors is a plus
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
Physically capable of lifting materials when needed

Preferred Qualifications:

BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related field
PMP or CAPM certification
Experience in real estate investing or residential construction

Full-Time, Monday to Friday
