Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
Diagnose and troubleshoot water heaters, fixtures, piping, drainage systems, and other plumbing components
Install and connect piping systems, appliances, and fixtures per code
Identify and communicate plumbing issues with customers and recommend effective solutions
Maintain clean and organized work areas and service vehicles
Ensure work is code-compliant and meets company quality standards
Accurately complete job tickets, material lists, and time tracking
Uphold a professional image and deliver outstanding customer service
Train and mentor apprentices when assigned
Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times

Qualifications:

3+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred
Must have the technical know-how to complete jobs independently
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and other residential environments
Familiarity with local plumbing codes and installation best practices
Must pass a background check and drug screening
A plumbing license is a plus but not required for the right candidate
