Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead and execute residential HVAC system installations (including ductwork, furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, mini splits, etc.)
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently
Supervise junior techs/apprentices and ensure quality workmanship
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and job specifications
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Ensure all systems are installed in compliance with local codes and safety standards
Communicate clearly with customers and project managers about progress and expectations
Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good working order
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times

Qualifications:

3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
EPA Certification (Required)
OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (Required)
Strong leadership and team supervision skills
Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must pass a background check and drug screening

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Occasional Weekends & Overtime
