    Job Overview

    Old Station Outdoor & Landscape Supply is looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Construction Material Handler/CDL Class A to join our growing team. This role involves assisting customers with materials, loading and unloading orders, and maintaining an organized yard.     Key Responsibilities
    • Load and unload materials for customers and deliveries using proper equipment and techniques.
    • Organize and separate materials to fulfill customer orders accurately.
    • Assist customers in selecting and loading products while providing excellent service.
    • Maintain a clean and organized yard by following proper storage procedures.
    • Inspect equipment regularly and report any maintenance needs.
    • Follow all safety protocols and operate equipment responsibly.
    • Assist with inventory counts and notify the team of stock shortages or discrepancies.
    • Perform general yard maintenance such as sweeping, organizing, and waste disposal.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

    Qualifications
    • Fluency in English is required; Portuguese and Spanish is highly encouraged.
    • Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or outdoor supply role is preferred but not required.
    • Must have a valid Class A license, insurable driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug test.
    • Forklift Certification (required).
    • DOT Card (required).
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
    • Safety-conscious with a commitment to following protocols.
    • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Work Schedule
    • Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Saturday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
