    Key Responsibilities
    • Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers in selecting the right products for their projects.
    • Sales & Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities, build relationships, and expand our customer base.
    • Client Support: Provide expert advice on products, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
    • Order Management: Process quotes, sales orders, and payments accurately while maintaining detailed records.
    • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
    • Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
    • Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic sales efforts.

    Qualifications & Skills
    • Must have 2+ years of experience in hardscaping, landscaping, construction, or outdoor supplies.
    • Bilingual in English & Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus.
    • Experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor supplies is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate!
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage paperwork efficiently.
    • Ability to follow and implement procedures effectively.
    • Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset, and results-driven.
    • Basic computer proficiency, including email (Outlook) and POS software.

    Work Schedule
    • Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Alternating Saturdays: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
