    Key Responsibilities:
    • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.
    • Handle service calls independently and provide expert solutions to customers.
    • Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and safety regulations.
    • Maintain accurate work logs and documentation.
    • Provide professional recommendations to customers regarding upgrades, repairs, and energy efficiency.
    • Work with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.
    • Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required.

    Qualifications:
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Lead Electrician or Service Technician.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Must provide their own basic tools.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
